Return Eligibility You can return your product within 7 days from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Obtain a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must submit this number with your return item. Prepare your return package: Please package your return item securely in the original packaging if possible. Please make sure to include all tags and accessories that came with the item. Label your package: Write the RA number clearly on the return package.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
